Alex and Ana’s day was just MAGICAL.

We met at the trailhead in the early hours of the morning, and made our way up to an insane 13 000′ pass in the dark, in time for a super sweet first look just as the first light was hitting the peaks around us.

After soaking in the sunrise and letting it sink in that this was their WEDDING DAY, we loaded back into the Jeeps and headed deeper into the mountains to the most pristine glacial blue lake you’ll ever see. What a place to share vows and commit your lives to each other!

Alex and Ana celebrated in style: killer photos atop their Jeep, a first dance with panoramic views to die for and a fancy, sit-down brunch of…. Leftover pizza! Heck yes!! Pizza’s their favorite food ever so you bet it made the wedding day menu!

From there, we Jeeped across to a second stunning location: a secret basin that hardly anyone knows about. Alex and Ana had so much fun, splashing in the water and lying amongst the wildflowers (on a rock, in a Leave No Trace friendly fashion!) with not another soul in sight!

This is what we love most about Jeeping elopements: it gives you the ability to get off the beaten path, beyond where 99% of the tourists go…. So, you can enjoy true intimacy and privacy on your elopement day and feel free to be your truest selves with no eyes on you.
